Independent oversight for complex IT projects
With deep experience delivering large-scale, complex IT projects, we help CIOs and boards keep them on course. That can be an independent seat on the steering committee, regular reviews that show a board where a project really stands, or stepping in to recover a project that has gone wrong.
Who this is for
CIOs and boards with a major programme under way, particularly where there is concern about progress, cost, or the quality of reporting.
What it involves
- Part-time steering committee role providing independent oversight and guidance
- Regular project QA and reviews, so boards can be comfortable with progress
- Project remediation: diagnosing what is wrong on a troubled project
- A practical plan, agreed with your team, to get the project back on track
- Support for the CIO in reporting clearly and honestly to the board
How we work and how it is priced
Flexible to the need. Ongoing steering committee roles are usually a retainer, a defined project review is a fixed price, and turnaround work is charged on a daily basis.
Independent and experienced
We have no alignment with any technology vendor or platform, so our advice is based only on what is best for your organisation. Our experience spans retail, finance and telecommunications across Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand and the Philippines.
