Who we are
Technology Management Consulting is a Hong Kong incorporated company, owned and led by Damian Walsh, a technology executive and company director with more than 30 years' experience across Australia and Asia Pacific. Damian is based in Melbourne, with a presence in Hong Kong and Thailand, and works with boards and CIOs in Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand and the Philippines.
Experience
Damian has led large technology and digital transformation programs for major retail and financial services organisations, including National Australia Bank, Coles Myer and David Jones. As Managing Director, Asia at DB Results from 2012 to 2024, he oversaw regional expansion, governance and legal compliance across Asia Pacific, and advised executive teams and board-level stakeholders on digital vision, enterprise architecture, project delivery risk and technology investment.
He has been a company director since 2012, including as a Director of Leisure Life Corporation Limited, a Hong Kong company, and has served on the board of Triathlon Victoria, the state governing body for triathlon, including three years as President. That governance experience, on both sides of the table, shapes how we advise boards.
Outside work, Damian is an endurance athlete who has competed in marathons and Ironman triathlons.

We have particular expertise in retail, finance (banking and insurance) and telecommunications. We have worked extensively with Oracle, SAP, OutSystems, ChatGPT, Anthropic, Gemini and Meta.
